Exchanges & Returns

We allow return or exchange of merchandise if it is found as defective or damaged.

Please inform us of defective or damaged items within 14 days after reception and complete the form of Product Return with information regarding the item you wish to return.

If necessary, buyers need to help file the report of damaged items from the courier company and assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.

For a full refund, buyers need to return the item to us in its original packing. No return with missing accessories will be accepted.

We accept re-shipping the same item / part to buyers for exchange when item / part returns apply.

Buyers need to pay return shipping fee for defective items while we will pay re-shipping fee.
